Parts
Replacement of any hardware component that develops a fault under normal use. Includes GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, motherboard, power supply, and cooling systems.
Every Renderboxes machine ships with a return-to-base hardware warranty. This page covers what’s included, how long each element lasts, and what happens when you need a repair.
Each Renderboxes workstation is covered by three separate warranty elements:
Parts
Replacement of any hardware component that develops a fault under normal use. Includes GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, motherboard, power supply, and cooling systems.
Labour
Technician labour for diagnosing and repairing hardware faults at our workshop. Includes bench time, testing, and quality assurance.
Technical support
Access to Renderboxes technical support for troubleshooting, driver issues, software configuration, and performance optimisation.
The following terms apply to every new Renderboxes workstation shipped in Early 2026. Outlet units and older orders may have different durations — your ship-date paperwork and the warranty checker are the authoritative source for your specific machine.
| Workstation | Parts | Labour | Technical support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photon | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | 3 years |
| Electron | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | Unlimited |
| Atom | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | Unlimited |
| Atom Rack | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | Unlimited |
| Nano Pro | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | 3 years |
| Molecule Air | 3 years | 1 year (RTB) | 3 years |
Warranty starts from the ship date of your order unless otherwise noted on your invoice. All labour is return-to-base — see the return process below.
The quickest way to see exactly what your machine is covered for is the
warranty checker on the support portal. You’ll need your serial number —
it’s on a label on the back or base of your machine and looks like
RB-XXXX-XXXX.

All Renderboxes machines are serviced at our workshop in Kent. The process is the same for warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
Open a support ticket. Go to support.renderboxes.com/support/new-ticket, enter your serial number, and describe the fault. You’ll get a portal link by email that lets you track the ticket without needing to log in.
You can also email servicedesk@renderboxes.com directly — include your serial number and a description of the problem, and the service desk will create the ticket and send you the portal link.
Initial diagnosis. A technician will review your ticket and may ask for additional information, photos, or logs. If the issue can be resolved remotely (driver, configuration, or software), we’ll walk you through the fix.
Return-to-base arrangement. If the machine needs to come back to the workshop, we’ll confirm the return address and offer two options:
Repair at the workshop. Once your machine arrives, it moves through our repair workflow: booked in → accepted → diagnosed → in repair → ready → collected/shipped back. You can see the current stage at any time from your ticket portal link.
Return to you. When the repair is complete and QC has signed off, we’ll ship the machine back to you.
