Photon — Parts and Service

Most Photon service is handled at the Renderboxes workshop under your warranty. There are a few light tasks you can do yourself.

What you can do yourself

Upgrade RAM Add DDR5 UDIMM up to 128 GB total
Clean your machine Dust removal, exterior care

What we handle at the workshop

Everything else. CPU cooler service, GPU replacement, PSU replacement, motherboard work, AIO cooler service, diagnostic work, firmware flashes, thermal paste refresh. These are all covered by your Photon warranty during the coverage period, and available as paid service outside it.

Warranty

Photon ships with:

  • 3 years parts
  • 1 year labour (return-to-base)
  • 3 years technical support
