Nano Pro — Parts and Service
Most Nano Pro service is handled at the Renderboxes workshop under your warranty. In production render-node deployments, day-to-day management is usually via IPMI.
What you can do yourself

Upgrade RAM Add DDR5 ECC RDIMM up to 2.0 TB total
Clean your machine Dust removal — important under sustained load
What we handle at the workshop
Section titled “What we handle at the workshop”Everything else. Nano Pro’s quad-GPU Threadripper PRO platform has PCIe lane allocation that depends on slot population order, so even “simple” GPU changes are workshop work. Covered by warranty during the coverage period.
