Electron — Parts and Service

Most Electron service is handled at the Renderboxes workshop under your warranty. A few light tasks you can do yourself.

What you can do yourself

Access IPMI (Intel build only)

If your Electron is the Intel Core Ultra build, it includes an IPMI management LAN port for remote power, console, and monitoring. See Accessing IPMI.

What we handle at the workshop

Everything else — chassis, CPU, GPU, PSU, motherboard, cooling. Covered by your warranty during the coverage period, available as paid service outside it.

Warranty

Electron ships with:

  • 3 years parts
  • 1 year labour (return-to-base)
  • Unlimited technical support
