Molecule Air — Parts and Service
Molecule Air is an enterprise-class workstation. Almost all service is handled at the Renderboxes workshop or by engineer-to-engineer support. A small number of tasks are safe to do yourself.

For production outages where Molecule Air is blocking a deadline, note that in your ticket subject — the service desk will prioritise accordingly during business hours.
