Atom Rack — Parts and Service
Most Atom Rack service is handled at the Renderboxes workshop under your warranty. For rack environments, day-to-day management is usually via IPMI remote console.
What you can do yourself
Section titled “What you can do yourself” Access IPMI Remote KVM, power control, hardware monitoring
Upgrade RAM Add DDR5 ECC RDIMM up to 2.0 TB total
Clean your machine Dust removal — important in rack environments
Rail installation
Section titled “Rail installation”For rack rail installation and slide-out procedures, refer to the Macase K550DF manual. Atom Rack uses standard Macase rails and installs like any other 4U chassis in that range. Rail installation is a two-person operation.
What we handle at the workshop
Section titled “What we handle at the workshop”Everything else — chassis, CPU, GPUs, PSU, motherboard, AIO service. Covered by warranty during the coverage period.
