Nano Pro — External Overview

Nano Pro is the Threadripper PRO render-node workstation. 47.5 × 50.5 × 57 cm (plus 5 cm for handles), 35 kg. This is a two-person lift — don’t attempt it alone.

Plug your monitor into the GPU

Not the motherboard, not VGA

Nano Pro has four full-length PCIe GPUs. Plug your monitor into the primary GPU outputs — usually the top card. The VGA port on the motherboard is for legacy / BMC remote console use, not for day-to-day display.

Power

Nano Pro uses two 2000 W Platinum ATX power supplies. Both mains cables must be connected for the workstation to run correctly.

Peak power draw can reach ~4000 W across both PSUs, which is ~16.7 A at 240 V or ~36.4 A at 110 V. If you’re in a 110 V region, consult a qualified electrician before installation — this exceeds standard domestic circuit capacity. See Getting started for full electrical guidance.
